Zhitong Financial APP News, Binjiang Service (03316) announced that since October 26th, Zhu Lidong has resigned as executive director, chairman and chief executive of the company as he has reached the retirement age stipulated in Chinese laws and regulations, and will no longer serve as the chairman of the company's nomination committee and a member of the strategy committee.
Mr Yu Chung-Cheung has been appointed as an Executive Director, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, as well as the Chairman of the nomination Committee and a member of the Strategy Committee with effect from 26 October 2023.
