Riscom Group (01679) announced that Chen Shuiying had tendered his resignation as an executive director and a member of the Nomination Committee of the Company with effect from October 26,2023 due to his desire to focus on the affairs of the Group's subsidiaries. Following her resignation, Chan Shui-ying will continue to hold her current positions in the Group's subsidiaries, namely Director, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Riscon Microelectronics (Shenzhen) Limited and Director of each of Riscon (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited and Riscon (Hong Kong) Technology Limited.
In addition, the Board further announced that Guo Lei, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee with effect from 26 October 2023 following the resignation of Chen Shuiying as a member of the Nomination Committee.
