According to the Zhitong Finance App, Mingyue Lens (301101.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own funds to repurchase the company's A shares through centralized bidding transactions to implement employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives. The price to be repurchased shall not exceed 53.02 yuan/share; the total capital used for the repurchase is not less than 20 million yuan (inclusive) and no more than 30 million yuan (inclusive); the implementation period of the repurchase is within 12 months from the date of review and approval of the repurchase plan by the company's board of directors.
