Future Data Group (08229) announced that the conditions set out in the Subscription Agreement had been fulfilled and the completion of the Placing had taken place on 25 October 2023.
The 675,000 Subscription Shares represent approximately 0.12% of the existing issued share capital of the Company immediately before Completion and approximately 0.12% of the issued share capital of the Company immediately after Completion as enlarged by the allotment and issue of the Subscription Shares.
The net proceeds from the Subscription (net of subscription commission and other expenses) amounted to approximately HK$480,000 and are currently intended to be used as general working capital of the Company.
