(Party A), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed a non-legally binding memorandum of understanding with Anhui Dayunhengtong Yuanzununiverse Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (Party B).
According to the Memorandum of Understanding, Party A and Party B plan to jointly establish a company in Hong Kong, China Bee Bingbong Supply Chain Hong Kong Co., Ltd., with a total investment of RMB 100 million, Party A will invest 10% (RMB 10 million), and Party B will invest 90% (RMB 90 million). The main business of the joint venture is to establish a digital platform for the integration of agricultural product supply chains.
