At 04:00 on Tuesday, 24 October 2023 (Hong Kong time (), the last date and time of acceptance of the offer), the Offeror has received valid acceptance of a total of 670000 offer shares under the offer, accounting for approximately 0.014% of all issued shares as at the date of this joint announcement.
Immediately before the commencement of the offer period, the offeror and FUNGHWA were interested in a total of 326 million shares, accounting for about 6.82 per cent of the total issued shares. Immediately after the conclusion of the Voting Deed of entrustment, the offeror's unanimous group of actors has an interest in a total of 3.191 billion shares, accounting for about 66.82% of the total issued shares. Immediately following the closing of the offer, after taking into account 670000 accepted shares, the offeror's unanimous Action Group is interested in a total of 3.192 billion shares, accounting for approximately 66.83% of all issued shares as at the date of this joint announcement.
