Gelonghui International Group Holdings (01034.HK) announced that Shanghai Pak Cheng has resigned as its auditor since October 24, 2023 as it failed to reach a consensus with the company on the audit fee for auditing the Group's consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023.
On the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board resolved to appoint Yongtuo Fuxin Accountants Limited as the auditor of the company with effect from 24 October 2023 to fill the temporary vacancy after resignation, and hold office until the end of the next annual general meeting of the company.
