Gelonghui October 23300888.SZ announced that the company held the 17th meeting of the third session of the Board of Directors and the 12th meeting of the third session of the Supervisory Board on October 23, 2023, and examined and passed the "Bill on the use of some idle funds raised for Cash Management", which resolved that the normal operation of the fund-raising investment plan and the safety of the funds raised would not be affected. It is agreed that the total amount of idle funds raised by the company shall not exceed 500 million yuan for cash management, and the term of use shall be valid within 12 months from the date of examination and approval by the board of directors. Within the above quota and time limit, the funds can be used on a rolling basis to better maintain and increase the value of the company's cash and protect the interests of the company's shareholders. The company will strictly control the risk in accordance with the relevant regulations, purchase capital preservation investment products with high security, good liquidity, low risk and investment maturity of no more than 12 months (including but not limited to RMB structured deposits, large certificates of deposit, time deposits, notice deposits, bank fixed income or capital preservation floating income wealth management products and other highly secure financial products).
