Gelonghui October 20?Nanyue Holdings (01058.HK) announced that Sun Jun will resign as Executive Director and Managing Director of the Company with effect from 20 October 2023 to take up the position of Guangdong Nanyue Group Co., Ltd., the indirect controlling shareholder of the company, or its subsidiaries.
Before the company appoints a new managing director, the responsibility of the managing director will be temporarily assumed by Zhou Hao, the chairman of the company.
