According to the Zhitong Finance App, Qingjian International (01240) announced that on October 18, 2023, the Hong Kong Housing Authority has awarded construction contracts to the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries for the first and second phase of the public housing development plan at Site No. 6, Kam Sheung Road, Hong Kong.
If all of the foundation works included in the contract are completed, the total contract value of the contract is expected to be approximately HK$390 million, and the contract is expected to be completed within about 11 months.
