Gelonghui October 17?Rongfeng billion Holdings (03683.HK) announced that Shun Yonghe (Hong Kong) Accountants Limited ("Sino Yonghe") has resigned as auditor of the Company with effect from 17 October 2023 as the Company and Xin Yonghe failed to reach a consensus on the audit fee for the annual audit of the Group's consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2024.
The Board of Directors has resolved to appoint Advanced Accountants Limited ("first opportunity") as the auditor of the Company with effect from 17 October 2023 to fill the temporary vacancy after the resignation of Shin Yonghe until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.
