Gelonghui October 16?Huiyun Titanium Industry (300891.SZ) announcedReceived Mr. Zhong Zhenguang, the actual controller, controlling shareholder and chairman of the company; Ms. Wang Jinxiu, the actual controller; and other directors, supervisors and senior managers who held shares in the company jointly issued a letter of commitment not to reduce their shares in the company in the next six months.The actual controller of the company, the controlling shareholder and Dong Jiangao, who holds the shares of the company, voluntarily undertake not to reduce their holdings of the company's shares in any form from October 13, 2023 to the next 6 months; in the event of capital reserve transfer to increase share capital, distribution of stock dividends, rights issue, additional shares, etc., shall also abide by the above commitment. If the shares are reduced in violation of the commitment, all the proceeds from the reduction will be handed over to the company and bear the legal liability arising therefrom.
