Zhitong Financial APP, Lippo China Resources (00156) and Lippo (00226) jointly announced that on October 16, 2023, Healthway announced that it had received a letter from SGX indicating that SGX had no objection to delisting, provided that the following conditions were met: Healthway made an immediate public announcement of the proposed delisting; and Healthway submitted a written confirmation indicating that it was aware of any information that would have a significant impact on investors' decisions and that Healthway had not yet released. Healthway announces that the above conditions have been met.
After receiving a letter of no objection from SGX, Healthway will be delisted from the official listing list of SGX after the end of the delisting offer. The delisting offer will remain open until 05:30 (Singapore time) on October 26, 2023.
