Zhitong Financial App News, Lansi Green Management (00106) announced that on October 13, 2023, the company (in respect of itself and on behalf of its subsidiaries) entered into the 2023 property Services and property Consulting Agreement with Lansy Green Life (in respect of itself and on behalf of its subsidiaries). Lansi Green Life Group is required to provide property services and property consulting services to the Group for a period of 3 years from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2026.
On 13 October 2023, the company (in respect of itself and on behalf of its subsidiaries) entered into the 2023 Project Management Services Agreement with the Longshi Group (in respect of itself and on behalf of its subsidiaries). The Group will continue to provide project management services to Longshi Group and its subsidiaries for a period of 3 years from 28 December 2023 to 27 December 2026.
On 13 October 2023, the company (in respect of itself and on behalf of its subsidiaries) entered into the 2023 Green Building Technology Services Agreement with long Green Building Technology (in respect of itself and on behalf of its subsidiaries). Long Green Building Technology and its subsidiaries continue to provide Green Construction Technology services to the Group for a period of 3 years from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2026.
