According to Zhitong Financial App, Liren Yifang Holdings (08305) announced that since the conditions under the placement agreement were not fulfilled on or before October 13, 2023, the placement agreement expired on October 13, 2023. Under the placement agreement (as amended and supplemented by the supplementary placement agreement), all rights, obligations and responsibilities of each party under the placement agreement (as amended and supplemented by the supplementary placement agreement) will cease and end, and no party to the placement agreement may bring any claim against the other party in respect of the placement agreement, except in respect of any prior default and/or any rights or obligations that may arise under the placement agreement.
The announcement stated that the failure of the placement matters had no significant adverse impact on the Group's current business operations and financial situation.
