Gelonghui Finance ·  Oct 13, 2023 05:06

Gelonghui October 13?Reclaimed Water Fisheries (000798.SZ) announced its performance forecast for the first three quarters of 2023. During the reporting period, the net profit belonging to the shareholders of listed companies was 10 million yuan-15 million yuan, compared with 85.71 million yuan in the same period last year (after retroactive adjustment). Net profit loss after deducting non-recurring profit and loss was 13 million yuan-16 million yuan, and the profit in the same period last year (retroactively adjusted) was 17.6 million yuan. Basic earnings per share is 0.0273 yuan per share-0.0410 yuan per share.

From July 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023, the net profit loss belonging to shareholders of listed companies is 90 million yuan-135 million yuan, net profit loss after deducting non-recurrent profit and loss is 45 million yuan-67 million yuan, basic earnings loss per share is 0.2460 yuan / share-0.3690 yuan / share.

The company expects that the cumulative changes in net profits attributed to shareholders of listed companies in the first three quarters of 2023 are mainly due to: first, the net income of 37.95 million yuan from the sale of assets such as cold storage by North American companies in the same period last year; second, the major asset restructuring of the fishery sector in the group this year, resulting in a restructuring fee of more than 31 million yuan, of which: the cost of employing intermediary agencies increased by more than 10 million yuan, and the interest expense increased by 21 million yuan. Third, the current loss of Huanong property Insurance Co., Ltd., an associate of the company, led to a decline in the investment profit and loss recognized by the company. The quarter-on-quarter loss in the third quarter was mainly due to the receipt of government subsidies in the second quarter, and increased losses due to the high cost of per ton of fish due to the decline in catch in the current period.
