According to the Zhitong Finance App, Dongfang Huicai Securities (08001) announced that due to the failure to fulfill the conditions for the share offering, the company and the placement agent jointly agreed to immediately terminate the placement agreement. As a result, the Placement Agreement is terminated and no longer effective, and neither party is liable to the other party in respect of the Placement Agreement.
As of the date of this announcement, the Company did not issue securities based on a share offering. The share offering will not take place and the share offering will expire.
