The Registrar of companies of Hong Kong issued a certificate of registration of a non-Hong Kong company changing its name on 26 September 2023, confirming that the new English name of the company is registered in Hong Kong under part 16 of the companies Ordinance, Cap. 622.
With effect from 09:00 on 16 October 2023, the short title of the Company's shares traded on the Stock Exchange GEM will be changed from "TREE HOLDINGS" to "QI-HOUSE", while the Chinese name will remain unchanged to "Qijia Holdings". The company's stock code on the Stock Exchange will remain unchanged as "8395".
