Zhitong Financial APP News, Lifeng Holdings (01125) announced that it is expected that the consolidated loss for the company owners for the year ended July 31, 2023 is about HK $580 million-595 million, while the net loss for the same period in 2022 is about HK $135 million.
According to the announcement, the increase in losses, partly offset by a decrease in other operating expenses and tax expenses, was mainly due to a decrease in income from property sales, an increase in financing costs and a decrease in the valuation of investment properties owned by the Group.
