After excluding risk items, other projects obtained a pre-tax guaranteed investment income of approximately RMB 218 million in accordance with the contract, with a corresponding average annualized return on investment before tax of about 7.8%.
Compared with the company's investment portfolio on June 30, 2023, the Group added infrastructure support projects for the Yangzhou Hanjiang Park in the third quarter. At the same time, it withdrew RMB 251 million from the Yangzhong Changwang Operation Area logistics park construction project within the third quarter, withdrew RMB 107 million from the Suqian Yanghe Biotechnology Park acquisition project, and collected all investment capital and related guaranteed investment income.
