Zitong Financial App News, tasting Gome Group (08371) announced that the Group has signed a new lease agreement through its wholly-owned subsidiary to open a new Que restaurant in Hong Kong. This will be the fifth Que restaurant in the group.
The terms of the new tenancy agreement are determined after fair negotiation between the landlord and the Group, with reference to the current market rents for similar property types, ages and locations.
Located in Yuen long, Xingdian is managed by a large Hong Kong property developer who also manages a diversified investment property portfolio.
