China Nuclear Energy Science and Technology (00611) announced that on October 10, 2023 (after the trading session), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, CNNC (Nanjing) (as buyer) and Li Guoqiang (as supplier) entered into an agreement for the purchase of Jiangsu Guoqiang stents, pursuant to which the buyer agreed to buy and Jiangsu Guoqiang agreed to sell the brackets for the development of photovoltaic power stations. The cost of the Jiangsu Guoqiang stent purchase agreement is about 26.9886 million yuan.
On October 10, 2023 (after the trading session), CNNC (Nanjing) (as buyer) and Antaike (as supplier) entered into an Taike stent purchase agreement, pursuant to which CNNC (Nanjing) agreed to purchase and Antaike agreed to sell the bracket for the development of photovoltaic power stations. The cost of the Antaike stent purchase agreement is RMB 24.4686 million.
