Sancy Bhd has entered into an agreement with Thomson Hospitals Sdn Bhd for the development and implementation of a total hospital information management system (TCARE system) at Thomson Hospital located in Kota Damansara, Selangor.
The contract is valued at RM4.3 million for the development and implementation services and RM545,900 per annum for maintenance and support services.

The agreement commenced on October 6, 2023, with a targeted go-live date set for 52 weeks from the agreement's date.
Development and implementation services include design, development, configuration, customization, integration, implementation, supply, delivery, testing, and commissioning of the TCARE system.
Maintenance and support services include support, upgrades, product defect resolution, training, and consultation.
The agreement is expected to positively impact Sancy's financial performance for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, and over the term of the agreement.
Its board believes that the agreement and the project align with Sancy's ordinary course of business and are in the company's best interest.
