Jiayi Holdings (01025) announced that the company is currently exploring possible fund-raising solutions to enable the Group to implement its business strategy, attract more opportunities for the Group's business development, and expand the Group's revenue sources.
As of the date of this announcement, no legally binding agreement was entered into with respect to the possible fund-raising scheme.
