The newly purchased infrastructure project is Changzhi sewage treatment franchise project (referred to as "Changzhi Project"). Changzhi project is a franchise project of PPP model, which is operated by Changzhi Shouchuang Water Co., Ltd., which is wholly owned by the company, including the franchise of the main urban sewage treatment plant and Changbei sewage treatment plant. The total treatment scale of Changzhi project is 275000 tons / day, of which the treatment capacity of sewage treatment plant in main urban area is 200000 tons / day and that of Changbei sewage treatment plant is 75000 tons / day. At present, we are going through the relevant procedures.
