Zhitong Financial APP News, Jiayi Holdings (01025) announced that the company is exploring possible fund-raising options to enable the Group to implement business strategies to attract more opportunities for the Group's business development, with a view to expanding the Group's source of income.
As at the date of this announcement, no legally binding agreement has been entered into in respect of the possible fund-raising scheme.
