As a result, auditors need additional time (including but not limited to) to send and receive audit confirmations to banks, suppliers and customers; to obtain confirmation of legal proceedings from legal advisers To obtain adequate and appropriate audit documents for inventory, investment property, property, plant and equipment, intangible assets, right-to-use assets, deposits, other receivables and payables, classification, existence, integrity, valuation and ╱ or rights and obligations of contractual and lease liabilities; and to collect and provide the necessary documents and information to complete the audit process. At present, the company expects to publish its annual results and send its annual report on or before December 31, 2023.
As at the date of this announcement, the Group focused its financial resources on the settlement of employees' salaries and other outstanding payments, and the Company is still raising sufficient financial resources to gradually resume business.
