GLONGHUI, Oct. 6丨HPC HOLDINGS (01742.HK) announced that since Ernst & Young and the company were unable to reach an agreement on audit fees for the fiscal year ending October 31, 2023, Ernst & Young has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from October 6, 2023.
Based on the recommendations of the Company Audit Committee, the board of directors decided to appoint Evergreen (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited as the company's new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy after EY's resignation, and serve until the end of the company's next AGM.
