Li Jiande Group (08455) announced that on October 5, 2023, Longji Enterprise Co., Ltd. (Longji), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, entered into a service agreement (service agreement) with Mini Home Media Limited (Mini Home), the operator of CITS bus Mall, an online shopping platform to promote cross-border e-commerce. Longji will provide a variety of Hong Kong brand household products at CITS bus Mall. Mini Home will operate CITS bus Mall and provide Longji with marketing and advertising channels, distribution and logistics services. The term of validity of the service agreement is one year, which can be extended after further consultation between the two parties.
The Group's main business is to provide interior design and decoration services in Hong Kong. With the Group's experience and business network, the Group intends to expand its business through the e-commerce platform. Through the conclusion of the service agreement, the Board believes that this will be an opportunity to expand the Group's revenue sources and enhance the public awareness of the Group's brand, which is in the interests of the company and shareholders as a whole.
