Pure Energy Minerals (OTCQB:PEMIF) said Thursday it appointed board member Joseph Mullin as its new President and CEO, effective immediately.
Mullin is the current President and CEO of Rise Gold Corp. and a managing member of Mount Arvon Partners; previously, he was President of Virginia Energy Resources, which led to a sale to Consolidated Uranium, and CEO of QuestEx Gold & Copper for more than two years prior to its sale to Skeena Resources.
"Mullin will be stepping into the President and CEO role at Pure Energy during this important time as the company and its partner, SLB Corp., move the Clayton Valley lithium brine project and DLE pilot plant forward," director Mary Little said.
