Gelonghui (00630.HK) announced that Mr. Zhang Hengxin has retired as Chairman of the Board with effect from October 5, 2023. He will continue to be an executive director, managing director, chairman of the nomination committee and the authorized representative of the company to receive process and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the company in accordance with Rule 19.05 (2) of the rules governing the listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and part 16 of the companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the laws of Hong Kong).
Mr. Jia Minghui, Executive Director, has succeeded Mr. Zhang as Chairman of the Board with effect from October 5, 2023.
