Gelonghui September 29?MI Energy (01555.HK) announced that with regard to the 10% interest in the contract for the sale of Moliqing oilfield products, the transaction must be concluded after the seller obtained a written document from Petrochina Company Limited Group to agree to the sale on or before the final cut-off date. Due to the need for more time to obtain the relevant written documents of Petrochina Company Limited Group, the seller and buyer signed an agreement on September 29th, 2023, further extending the final deadline of the agreement from September 30th, 2023 to November 30th, 2023. Save as disclosed above, all other prerequisites under the Agreement have been met and all other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
