Zhitong Financial App News, China Motor bus (00026) announced its annual results for the year ended June 30, 2023, with a turnover of HK $66.935 million, down 8.29% from the same period last year; a net loss of about HK $155 million, compared with a net profit of HK $72.347 million for the same period last year; a loss of HK $3.43 per share. It is proposed to pay a final dividend of HK $0.10 per share and a special dividend of HK $1.70 per share.
According to the announcement, the loss mainly reflects the revaluation loss on the investment properties of the Group and the joint venture company. The net loss on the valuation of investment properties is non-cash in nature and therefore has no impact on the Group's operating cash flow.
