According to the Zhitong Financial App, Crown Global Group (00727) issued an announcement on September 25, 2023. Following these announcements, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange setting out the guidelines for the company to resume trading of shares on the Stock Exchange (resumption of trading guidelines). According to the Resumption of Trading Guidelines, the Company shall:
(a) publish all unpublished financial results as required by the listing rules and explain any review and revisions; (b) certify that the company complies with section 13.24 of the listing rules; and (c) publish all material information to enable the company's shareholders and investors to evaluate the company's status.
Furthermore, trading of the company's shares continues to be suspended.
