On 28 September 2023, the Company received a letter from the Stock Exchange informing the Company that, after careful consideration of all the facts and evidence and all information submitted by the Company and the listing Section, the listing Review Committee had decided to overturn the decision of the GEM listing Committee.
The shares of the company continue to be suspended.
