Baobaoshu Group (01761) issued an announcement that on 25 September 2023, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange setting out additional guidelines in addition to the resumption guidelines (additional resumption guidelines) to enable the company to prove compliance with Rule 13.24 of the listing rules.
The SEHK has indicated that it may amend or update the resumption guidelines and additional guidelines and / or give further guidelines where appropriate.
