Gelonghui September 28?Shougang shares (000959.SZ) announcedIt is proposed to work with Shougang Group Co., Ltd. and Shougang Zhixin Qian'an electromagnetic Materials Co., Ltd. employee shareholding platform (to be set up in the near future, referred to as "Zhixin electromagnetic employee shareholding platform") to increase capital to Shougang Zhixin Qian'an electromagnetic Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhixin electromagnetic"), the amount of capital increase is expected to not exceed 1.605 billion yuan. Among them, Shougang Group plans to increase capital with the operating budget of state-owned capital not exceeding 459 million yuan, which is expected to be applied by Zhixin electromagnetic and allocated to Shougang Group; Shougang shares are expected to increase capital with 980 million yuan of physical assets such as relevant state-owned land use rights, houses, projects under construction, machinery and equipment; and Zhixin electromagnetic employee shareholding platform is expected to increase capital with no more than 167 million yuan in cash.
