Zhitong Financial APP News, Rongsheng Development (002146.SZ) issued an announcement after the company issued bonds (bond code: XS1979285571, XS2280638607) overseas through its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary RongXingDa Development (BVI) Limited, and listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
In March 2022, the company renewed the above two US dollar bonds through an agreement arrangement, and the overseas indirect wholly-owned subsidiary RongChangDa Development (BVI) Limited relisted on the Singapore Stock Exchange. The two bonds are US $199 million with a coupon of 9.5% due on March 16, 2023 and US $531 million with a coupon of 9.5% maturing on September 17, 2024, respectively (bond code: XS2420457348, XS2420457421) Hereinafter collectively referred to as "stock offshore bonds").
As of September 28, 2023, the vote on the rollover plan for the company's stock of foreign bonds has been concluded. According to the result, the extension programme was approved by a high vote of investors, in which all breaches and defaults disclosed have been exempted.
