(I) Mr. Shi Yaofeng has tendered his resignation as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company to focus on other business work; and (ii) Mr. Cheng Dongfang has tendered his resignation as Chairman of the Board, non-Executive Director, member of the Remuneration Committee and member of the nominating Committee of the Company to focus on other business work.
(I) Mr. Lin Ruqing has been appointed as an executive director; and (ii) Mr. Zhang Xiaohui has been appointed as a non-executive director. Mr. Cheng has resigned as the authorized representative of the company. Mr Cheung has been appointed as the authorized representative. After the resignation of Mr. Cheng, Mr. Zhang has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board.
Following the resignation of Mr. Shi, Mr. Huang Tiansheng, the Executive Director, has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Mr. Lu Zhiwen has tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer of the company to devote more time to his other duties. To fill the vacancy arising from the resignation of Mr. Lo as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, Mr. Lam Henghui has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 27 September 2023.
