As of July 31, 2023, the total amount of principal and interest payable by Zhonghe Test is RMB 14.3336 million. According to the judgment of the company, the possibility of full recovery of the money is low, in order to realize this stock smoothly.In the right transfer transaction, the company agrees to waive the debt principal and interest of Zhonghe Test to the company, which amounts to RMB 14.3336 million; that is, after the completion of the transaction, Zhonghe Test will no longer bear the above-mentioned debt to the company. If this transaction is not completed, Zhonghe Test does not enjoy any relief from the above-mentioned debt.
