Gelonghui September 27?Hengda New Materials (301469.SZ) announced that the company held the 13th meeting of the third session of the Board of Directors and the sixth meeting of the third session of the Supervisory Committee on September 27, 2023 to consider and pass the "motion on using part of the super-raised funds to increase capital in wholly-owned subsidiaries and investment construction projects", agreeing that the company should use part of the super-raised funds of 50 million yuan to increase capital to Hengchuan Xincai, a wholly-owned subsidiary. For the "new packaging paper production line with an annual output of 50,000 tons and the deep processing project of 10,000 tons of food and medical paper products", which is used to invest in the construction of Hengchuan Xincai, a wholly-owned subsidiary, this motion needs to be submitted to the company's fourth interim shareholders' meeting in 2023 for consideration.
