Gelonghui September 24?CNPC Jianneng Holdings (01759.HK) issued a notice about the potential listing to sell its stake in Henan Blue Sky. On September 22, 2023 (after trading time), the Group launched a listing sale process at the Southern property Rights Exchange Center to sell the company's stake in Henan Lantian through CNPC investment. According to the rules of the Southern property Rights Trading Center, the Group and potential assignees are required to enter into an equity transfer agreement after determining the potential assignee and the agreed final bidding price. The low price for the initial transaction is 28 million yuan. The final consideration will also take into account the potential assignee and Henan Blue Sky to waive the debt held by CNPC and its affiliated companies to Henan Blue Sky on the delivery date.
