Zhitong Financial APP News, Jingji Wisdom Culture (00550) issued an announcement that Yao Yuxiang has submitted his resignation as a non-executive director because he wants to spend more time on other affairs, effective September 22nd, 2023. At the same time as Mr. Yao resigns, Mr. Yao will no longer serve as (I) the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the rules governing the listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and (ii) members of the Company Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the nomination Committee.
Xiao Shuming has been appointed as a member of the Company's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and nomination Committee to replace Mr. Yao.
