Meiai Technology replied: In terms of domestic production capacity, the Nanjing Plant Phase II expansion project currently being carried out is part of the overall fund-raising project. It is mainly aimed at solving the shortcomings and bottlenecks of the current insufficient production capacity, and is being prepared for performance growth over the next 1-2 years. Construction of the second phase of the production expansion project began in early July 2022. Production is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2023. It is expected that the production capacity after full production will reach 1.5 times the production capacity of the current Nanjing factory, which can support the company's business growth demand from 2024 to 2025. In terms of foreign production capacity, the company's current production capacity in Malaysia is about 50 million yuan. At the end of 2022, two new overseas plants were purchased, and production is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2023. After the expansion of production capacity, overseas production capacity will increase to 150 million yuan. This expansion in production capacity is mainly due to growing overseas orders. Overseas orders mainly include the semiconductor industry and new energy industries such as photovoltaics and lithium batteries.
