Zhitong Financial and Economic APP News, Beijing Gas Blue Sky (06828) issued an announcement that Chen Ning (Mr. Chen) has resigned as an executive director of the company to the board of directors due to the adjustment of his work with the company's controlling shareholder, Beijing Gas Group Co., Ltd., effective September 22nd, 2023. With the resignation of the executive director, Mr. Chen will no longer serve as a member of the executive committee of the board of directors.
With effect from 22 September 2023, the Executive Director, Yang Shuoxuan, will be appointed as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the rules governing the listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and Mr. Chen will no longer act as the authorized representative.
