Gelonghui September 22?Beijing Jingkelong (00814.HK) announced the following changes:
(1) Li Chunyan, the executive director of the company, tendered her resignation as an executive director with effect from the conclusion of the company's second special general meeting of shareholders in 2023, which is scheduled to be held around October 2023; and
(2) having considered the recommendation of the Company's nominating Committee, the Board has recommended the appointment of Zhang Hongbo as an Executive Director, subject to the approval of the Company's shares at the second EGM in 2023. Mr. Zhang's term of office will run from the close of the second EGM in 2023 to the annual general meeting of the Company ending on 31 December 2024.
