Shuangyun Holdings (01706) announced that on September 11, 2023, the company received the following resumption guidelines from the Stock Exchange:
(a) Publish all unpublished financial results as required by the listing rules and process any audit amendments;
(b) Verify that the company's operations comply with Stock Exchange listing rules 13.24;
(c) Further comply with listing rules 3.10, 3.10A, 3.21, 3.25and3.27A; and (d) publish all material information for the company's shareholders and investors to evaluate its status.
The Stock Exchange stated that the company must meet all the resumption guidelines, remedy the matters that led to its suspension, and fully comply with the listing rules to satisfy the Stock Exchange before it will be allowed to resume trading in its securities. In this regard, the company must bear the main responsibility for formulating an action plan for the resumption of trading. The Stock Exchange also indicated that if the company's circumstances change, the Stock Exchange may revise or add guidelines for the resumption of trading.
Trading of the company's shares continues to be suspended.
