On September 20, 688013.SH announced that the company held the eighth meeting of the second session of the board of directors and the seventh meeting of the second session of the board of supervisors on September 20, 2023, examined and passed the "motion on the use of part of the temporary idle funds raised for cash management" and agreed that the company plans to use the temporary idle funds raised no more than 300 million yuan (including capital) for cash management. The safe, liquid and capital-preserving investment products sold by banks or other legally qualified financial institutions (including but not limited to structured deposits, agreement deposits, notice deposits, time deposits, large certificates of deposit, income certificates, etc.). The term of use shall be valid within 12 months from the date of examination and approval by the board of directors, and the funds can be recycled and rolled over during the above-mentioned amount and time limit.
