China Information Technology (08178) announced the acquisition of Autostereoscopic 3D Limited (target company) for 100 million yuan. The consideration will be paid through an acceptance note with a total principal of approximately $75.9857 million and a total of about 11.1177 million consideration shares.
The target company will mainly provide services for the application of naked-eye 3D imaging technology, and it currently has no plans to participate in the design or sale of hardware.
