China Golden Stone (01380) announced that on September 18, 2023, the subscription has been completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement, and the company has allotted and issued a total of 25.5 million subscription shares to subscribers, equivalent to about 14.65% of the company's issued share capital expanded by the allotment and issue of subscription shares.
The total proceeds and net proceeds (after deducting related expenses) from the subscription are HK $8.16 million and approximately HK $7.945 million respectively. After deducting all related expenses, the net subscription price is approximately HK $0.312 per subscription share.
